Performance analysis of modeling scale on multiband oscillations in grid-connected wind farm

چکیده

Grid-connected permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) wind farms may be susceptible to oscillation when connected weak grids. This paper explores the root causes of oscillations from two perspectives: model and frequency band. First, small signal PMSG farm grid-side system is established, disturbance comparison with PMSGA full-order electromagnetic transient in MATLAB/Simulink carried out. Then, we calculatue eigenvalues use analysis techniques such as participation factors calculation locus method identify critical that cause modes dominant. Finally, time-domain simulation used verify theoretical analysis. Two dominant are identified: subsynchronous mode low-frequency mode. The closely related direct current (DC) voltage control dynamics DC link. significantly weakened decrease grid strength, it phase-locked loop (PLL) control. conclusions can provide a reference for tuning parameters converter.
